1. Within two working days of confirming the customer's successful payment, UMP will send the customer an email with a medical examination confirmation letter. Please check your email inbox and junk mail box.

2. The medical examination confirmation letter will not be reissued; please print and store it in a safe location.

3. The serial number on the medical examination confirmation letter is unique and can only be redeemed once. Once redeemed, it cannot be used again.

4. The medical examination confirmation letter is valid for three months, and the client must use the relevant examination within three months (from the date of payment confirmation), after which it will be invalid.

5. All medical examination plans must schedule an appointment with the appropriate clinic using the information provided on the confirmation letter.

6. Please book at least two weeks in advance.

7. On the day of the medical examination, the customer must present the ID card and a printed copy of the confirmation letter to authenticate their identity.

8. The medical examination report is typically produced within seven to ten business days after the physical examination. Clients can make arrangements with the clinic to acquire their medical examination report.

9. Once the order has been verified, there will be no refunds or transfers.

10. All physical examinations are general surveys and preventative measures, not for medical diagnosis or treatment.

11. Clinic service times are for information only and are subject to change without notice. If required, please confirm with the clinic when scheduling an appointment.

12. In the event of a dispute, UMP reserves the right to make the final decision.
